Niels has built Essential Basics together with Marit and is responsible for the general state of affairs. He is a Certified Pedorthist and knows a lot about feet. Niels is an avid snowboarder and kitesurfer, likes to play tennis with his friends and can also a regular gym visitor. He is also doing fun things with his two sons.

Essential Basics started in 2004 and is co-owner of Essential Basics. Marit has an advisory role and helps with strategy development. You will regularly find her on the yoga mat, like to take a walk in the woods, play tennis and love to cook.

Bjarne works at Essential Basics as a junior account manager. He mainly focuses on the sales of VSSL and Superfeet but knows a lot about technical materials so will also support Arc’teryx. His enthusiasm and energy are contagious! Bjarne loves outdoor sports and can regularly be found in the gym for an hour of spinning.
